Hi,

I am editing multicam clips and wanted to color correct the clips one by one as it is a stage performance with (slightly) changing lighting.
However I changed my mind. It seems better to get correct each of the two angles and then make slight individual changes...

So, being happy with the first correction I did on clips from both angles, I wanted to copy paste these from the clips onto the entire angle(s). However, when I do this, FCP X crashes and shuts down!?!

Am I doing something that is not possible?

I tried to do this by both pasting to the angles opened by double clicking in the timeline and also by opening the multicam clip in the browser.

Thanks ...

I'd do the color correction in the Angle Editor first. Then add a second color corrector to individual clips, as needed, after doing the edit. I go through the process in this course;
www.macprovideo.com/tutorial/final-cut-p...-multicam-techniques

But the crashing is instability of the app for some reason, not normal.

Yes that makes sense.

I'll take a snapshot and go back to do it right.

I will also see if there are updates due.

Thanks Ben
